Granulation Machinery / Sifting Machines
Vibro Sifter
Stainless steel vibratory sieve for dry powders, granules and selected slurries with multiple deck options. Engineered by Technogen Enterprise, Ahmedabad, India.

Machine Overview
Technogen Enterprise manufactures Vibro Sifter Machines in Ahmedabad, India, for screening powders, grading granules and separating materials through selected mesh sizes. As a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Vibro Sifters, we offer vibrating screening solutions for pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical products, cosmetics and mineral-related applications. The machine uses a vibratory motor to generate multi-directional movement across a screen deck, allowing particles smaller than the selected opening to pass while oversize material is directed towards a separate discharge path.
The product range covers multiple nominal screen diameters, described in the specification as TG-VS-12, TG-VS-20, TG-VS-30, TG-VS-36, TG-VS-48 and TG-VS-60, with single-, double- and triple-deck arrangements. Screen selection is determined by the required particle size separation rather than machine diameter alone. The technical specification lists screens from 4 to 400 mesh and SS 304 or SS 316 contact construction, with a mild-steel configuration also mentioned as a custom option.
A Vibro Sifter can be integrated into powder preparation, batch transfer, final product grading or slurry filtration operations. Buyers should specify dry or wet service, target cut size, bulk density, required throughput and the number of product fractions. Technogen Enterprise can then advise on suitable deck size, motor power, screen selection and optional dust control.
Applications
Operating Principle
The Vibro Sifter operates through vibration created by a flange-mounted motor. Its motion causes material on the screen to travel across the screening surface. Material fine enough to pass through the fitted mesh moves into the collection zone below; larger particles remain above the mesh and can leave through the designated oversize outlet.
Introducing Material
Powder, granules or a compatible slurry are fed through the upper inlet at a controlled rate. The chosen feed rate should allow a usable screening layer rather than flooding the deck.
Generating Vibration
The vibratory motor develops a combination of horizontal and vertical movements. This motion distributes the feed over the mesh area and supports continued travel across the screen.
Particle Separation
Particles smaller than the specified mesh openings pass through the screen. Larger particles remain on the upper deck. With multiple decks, different screen grades can be arranged for more than one separated fraction.
Discharging Separated Material
Fine and coarse fractions leave through their respective discharge points and are directed to collection vessels or downstream equipment according to the plant layout.
Mesh Change and Cleaning
After shutdown, the clamped screen arrangement can be opened for screen replacement and cleaning. Mesh selection and condition should be checked before the next batch or a new material is processed.
Process Selection Consideration
Screen loading, mesh condition and particle properties influence both throughput and separation quality. For wet or sticky products, the appropriate screening surface and cleaning arrangement should be determined before production.
