Machine Overview

The Automatic Servo Driven Gear Pump Type Bottle Liquid Filling Machine from Technogen Enterprise is designed for automated volumetric dispensing of suitable liquid products into round and flat bottles. Instead of using reciprocating syringe pistons, the machine meters liquid through servo-controlled rotary gear pumps, providing electronically adjustable filling quantities and a modular multi-head configuration.

The equipment is available with 4, 6 and 8 filling heads. Individual servo motor control of the filling pumps enables the required dispensing quantity to be set through the PLC-HMI operator interface. The machine offers recipe-based settings to support repeatable setup when changing products or filling volumes, with actual dosing performance dependent on liquid characteristics and pump suitability.

The specified filling range is 100 ml to 1000 ml, with rated outputs from 40–50 to 100–110 bottles per minute for 100 ml filling, depending on the selected configuration. Suitable applications include packaging compatible edible oils, selected beverages, honey and other flowable liquid products. Liquid viscosity, lubricity, particulate content, shear sensitivity and material compatibility must be assessed when selecting a gear pump filling system.

The diving nozzle arrangement helps reduce bubbling and splashing during filling. Automatic bottle positioning, pneumatic stopping arrangements or starwheel-based holding, and a No Bottle–No Fill function coordinate container handling with liquid dispensing.

The machine features stainless steel construction with AISI 316L, silicone and PTFE liquid-contact materials as specified for applicable components. Tool-less adjustable conveyor guide rails, variable frequency drive speed control and accessible controls support day-to-day operation and product changeovers.

Manufactured in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, Technogen Enterprise supplies and exports servo-driven bottle filling machinery for customers requiring electronically controlled liquid metering, scalable filling-head arrangements and integration with downstream packaging equipment.

Operating Principle

The machine operates through servo motor-driven gear pump metering, where liquid displacement is controlled by the programmed rotation of each pump. Bottle handling and nozzle operation are coordinated with the dispensing cycle.

Liquid Supply

The liquid supply is connected to the individual gear pump circuits. The product must be suitable for the selected pump construction, seals and operating conditions.

Bottle Conveying and Positioning

Bottles enter along the conveyor and are positioned using the specified starwheel or pneumatic stopper arrangement.

Bottle Presence Verification

The No Bottle–No Fill function inhibits dispensing when a bottle is not correctly available at the filling station.

Servo-Controlled Metering

Each filling head is equipped with a servo-driven gear pump. The programmed pump rotation controls displaced liquid volume, while the PLC-HMI allows filling quantities and recipes to be selected.

Diving Nozzle Filling

Nozzles descend into the bottle-opening region for controlled product discharge. Diving movement helps reduce turbulence, bubbling and splashing, depending on the liquid.

Cycle Completion

The metered dispensing cycle is completed, the nozzles retract and filled bottles advance toward the downstream packaging operation.

Speed and Changeover Control

Machine speed is adjusted through the specified variable frequency drive. Bottle guide rails and stored settings support changeovers between compatible products and container sizes.
