Semi Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine

The Semi Automatic Shrink Film Wrapping & Sealing Machine manufactured by Technogen Enterprise is designed for wrapping compatible products or grouped packages in shrink film, followed by heat-shrink processing for compact secondary packaging. It is intended for businesses that require a relatively low-output film-wrapping system with straightforward operator control.

The machine combines a semi-automatic film sealing arrangement and a matching shrink tunnel. The operator prepares the product and film at the sealing section and initiates the sealing operation through the described push-button control. The wrapped product is then processed through the shrink tunnel where heated air causes compatible film to contract around the pack.

The technical specification provides a capacity of up to four packs per minute. Actual output depends on the package size, film properties, sealing time, shrink cycle and operator handling. The maximum specified sealing length is 700 mm, while the maximum pack height is 350 mm.
