Machine Overview

The Automatic Cup Filling and Sealing Machine from Technogen Enterprise combines empty-cup feeding, volumetric filling, foil-lid placement, heat sealing and finished-cup discharge within one indexed packaging system. Its purpose is to reduce separate handling operations when packing compatible liquid and semi-liquid products in preformed cups. Manufactured in Ahmedabad, India, the machine is offered to dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and personal-care producers needing a compact, repeatable filling-and-sealing sequence.

The product specificationed TGFS-30C is a single-head design with a specified output of 20–25 cups per minute and an adjustable 50–250 ml filling range. A piston filling mechanism meters product into cups advanced by a starwheel. Foil placement and the heated sealing station then close each cup before the outfeed conveyor transfers it to the next operation. The technical specification identifies an SS 304 frame, aluminium mechanical components, Delta HMI and Janatics pneumatics. No Cup–No Fill and No Cup–No Seal safeguards are described as standard features.

Technogen Enterprise is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Automatic Cup Filling and Sealing Machines. For accurate machine selection, buyers should provide cup diameter, height and flange geometry; filling material and viscosity; volume; foil-lid specification; and intended line output. Additional configurations can be discussed for special cup sizes, higher speeds, coding or upstream and downstream equipment.

Operating Principle

The Automatic Cup Filling and Sealing Machine coordinates a sequence of cup indexing, piston filling and heat sealing on a single frame. Cups advance between dedicated stations so that filling occurs before lidding and the final sealed cup can leave the machine without manual transfer between separate units.

Cup Feeding and Indexing

Preformed empty cups are placed in the feeding magazine or stacker. The feed system releases cups into the indexing starwheel, which positions each container successively beneath the process stations.

Piston Filling

A piston-driven volumetric filling arrangement delivers the selected quantity into the indexed cup. The specified No Cup–No Fill logic prevents product discharge when no cup is detected at the filling position.

Foil Placement

The foil or lid feeding mechanism positions the sealing material over the filled cup. Correct foil diameter, flange compatibility and placement are required for a dependable seal.

Heat Sealing

The cup reaches a sealing head heated through the supplied temperature controller. The product specificationed station uses a 200 W heater, and No Cup–No Seal prevents a sealing stroke when the cup is absent.

Discharge and Line Transfer

The sealed cup is advanced to the outfeed conveyor for inspection or secondary packing. The HMI enables operators to manage specified production and temperature settings.

Process Selection Consideration

Cup and foil dimensions must be compatible with the indexing and sealing tooling. A production trial can verify fill repeatability, lid presentation and the resulting sealing quality for the selected product.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the TGFS-30C machine do automatically?
It feeds cups, fills product with a piston system, positions foil lids, heat-seals the cups and transfers them to an outfeed conveyor. The complete sequence is arranged around an indexing starwheel.
What output and filling range are specified?
The supplied table lists 20–25 cups per minute and a filling range of 50–250 ml. Actual output depends on the cup and product configuration.
Is the machine suitable for viscous products?
The piston filling arrangement is intended for compatible liquid and semi-liquid products. Viscosity, particulates and temperature should be reviewed before confirming suitability.
How does the machine avoid filling a missing cup?
A No Cup–No Fill arrangement is specified. The product specification also lists No Cup–No Seal protection for the sealing station.
What information is needed to quote change parts?
Provide cup drawing or samples, flange diameter, cup height, fill quantity, product details and foil-lid specification. These determine the necessary feeding and sealing setup.
