Machine Overview
The Semi Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine manufactured by Technogen Enterprise is designed for measured dispensing of creams, ointments, gels, pastes and compatible semi-solid products into collapsible tubes. The equipment combines operator-assisted tube loading with mechanically controlled filling, sealing, coding and tube ejection operations within a compact machine platform.
The machine uses nylon tube holders to support containers during their movement between processing stations. Empty tubes are inserted manually, after which the machine indexes them through the required operations. A No Tube–No Fill arrangement detects the availability of a tube before product is dispensed, helping reduce wastage when a container is absent.
The filling system meters the selected quantity of product into the tube through a dedicated filling pump assembly. The machine is specified for a 10 g to 150 g filling range, with ±2% filling accuracy and a nominal production capacity of 30–40 tubes per minute, depending on product properties and operator handling efficiency.
The machine incorporates a 23-litre jacketed hopper, with AISI 316L stainless steel product-contact components specified for the filling arrangement. The tube holders are manufactured from nylon for repeated operating cycles. The machine's sealing section is described with folding stations and an integrated coding operation for marking relevant batch information on the folded or sealed portion of the tube.
Following filling and sealing, the tube is lifted from its holder by an automatic ejection mechanism and transferred out of the processing arrangement. A variable frequency drive enables machine speed adjustment, and a machine-mounted control panel provides access to operating functions.
The offered equipment is described for aluminium, laminated and compatible plastic tubes. Because sealing technologies differ significantly between collapsible aluminium tubes and plastic or laminated tubes, the appropriate sealing-head arrangement must be selected and technically confirmed for the customer's actual tube material.

Operating Principle
The machine operates through manual tube loading followed by indexed filling, sealing, coding and automatic ejection. The filling and sealing arrangements are selected according to the tube material and required product characteristics.
Manual Tube Loading
The operator places empty tubes into the nylon holders of the machine's indexing mechanism.
Tube Presence Detection
A tube-detection arrangement verifies availability of the container. The No Tube–No Fill function inhibits dosing when a required tube is absent.
Product Feeding
Cream, ointment or paste is supplied from the jacketed hopper to the product filling assembly.
Volumetric Filling
The filling pump meters the selected quantity of material into the tube. Actual dosing performance depends on product consistency and adjusted filling settings.
Tube Indexing
The machine advances the filled tube toward the applicable sealing stations.
Sealing and Coding
The described sealing configuration folds the tube at successive stations and provides a coding operation for batch information. A different sealing mechanism must be specified when the selected tube material requires it.
Automatic Tube Ejection
