Tabletop Auger Filler

The Table Top Auger Filler from Technogen Enterprise is a compact, semi-automatic dosing machine designed for small-volume filling of compatible powders and granules. Its tabletop configuration provides a practical solution for pharmaceutical laboratories, pilot production, nutraceutical packaging and other applications where controlled powder dosing is required without the footprint of a full automatic filling line.

The machine employs an auger-type powder metering mechanism to dispense measured quantities into operator-positioned containers. Unlike automatic conveyor-based filling systems, this machine combines manual container handling with electronically controlled dosing, enabling small batches and frequent product or pack changes to be managed economically.

The specified filling range is 0.5 g to 25 g, with a filling capacity of 20–40 fills per minute. Actual performance depends on the powder properties, fill quantity and operator handling. The auger filling principle provides adjustable volumetric dosing; where a mass-based target is required, calibration against actual powder weight is necessary.

The product-contact components are manufactured using SS 316 stainless steel, while the equipment provides accessible surfaces for cleaning and maintenance. An approximately 15–20 kg hopper capacity is specified, subject to the product characteristics and the hopper configuration.

The machine incorporates electronic controls with solid-state contacts and a keypad interface for setting the required dosing operation. Its compact construction enables installation in laboratory and pilot-scale environments with limited workspace.
