Machine Overview

The Automatic Portable Induction Sealing Machine from Technogen Enterprise is a compact conveyor-equipped induction sealing solution designed for independent or offline bottle packaging operations. It combines automated bottle movement beneath the induction sealing head with a small machine footprint, providing an alternative to larger continuous-line induction sealing units.

The system seals compatible foil induction liners through non-contact electromagnetic heating. As correctly capped bottles pass beneath the induction head, electromagnetic energy heats the aluminium component of the liner, activating the suitable heat-seal layer to form a bond with the bottle-neck sealing surface.

An integrated bottle conveyor moves containers through the sealing zone. This reduces the need for the operator to position a handheld induction wand over every individual bottle and supports a more consistent travel path through the induction head.

The machine provides a stated output of 20–40 bottles per minute, depending on the bottle-neck diameter and operating conditions. The specified neck-diameter range is 20–100 mm, with tunnel-type and broad-type induction head arrangements identified in the machine configuration.

The induction sealing head includes a condenser, output transformer and cooling fan. The described machine construction uses AISI 304 stainless steel, with an integrated current controller and adjustable voltage protector for electrical operating control.

The operator can adjust the heating time and conveyor speed according to the bottle and liner combination. The operating panel includes main power switching, start and stop push buttons and conveyor controls. Proper adjustment is important because the quality of the finished foil seal depends on the induction liner, bottle material, closure application and process conditions.

With its compact 1150 × 557 × 450 mm specified footprint, single-phase electrical connection and self-contained conveyor, the machine is appropriate for packaging facilities requiring periodic production, offline bottle sealing or compact automated foil liner application.

Technogen Enterprise is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of induction sealing equipment based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, offering portable and online machinery for compatible pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetic and chemical packaging applications.

Operating Principle

The machine uses automated conveyor movement and non-contact electromagnetic induction heating to seal compatible foil liners inside properly capped bottles.

Bottle Preparation

The operator prepares appropriately capped bottles containing compatible induction foil liners.

Bottle Loading onto Conveyor

Containers are placed on the integrated conveyor, which transports them through the machine's induction sealing station.

Sealing Head Setup

The induction head arrangement is positioned as required by bottle height, cap diameter and the selected head configuration.

Heating Parameter Adjustment

Current, sealing time and conveyor speed are adjusted using the machine controls to match the product and liner characteristics.

Electromagnetic Foil Heating

The bottle passes below the induction head, where electromagnetic energy generates heat in the aluminium foil portion of the liner.

Heat-Seal Layer Bonding

The liner's sealing layer is activated by heat and can bond to the compatible bottle-mouth surface under suitable operating conditions.

Cooling and Seal Verification

The sealed container leaves the induction zone and cools. Seal strength and integrity are established through appropriate packaging tests.

Bottle Discharge

Processed bottles are collected or transferred from the integrated conveyor for further handling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an Automatic Portable Induction Sealing Machine?
It is a compact induction sealer with an integrated conveyor that moves capped bottles beneath a non-contact electromagnetic sealing head.
How does it differ from a handheld induction sealer?
The portable automatic unit uses a conveyor to transport bottles through the induction zone, while the handheld sealer requires manual positioning of the sealing wand over each container.
What production capacity is specified?
The machine is rated at 20 to 40 bottles per minute depending on the neck diameter and operating conditions.
What container-neck sizes are supported?
The stated neck-diameter range is 20 mm to 100 mm, subject to head and liner compatibility.
Can the machine operate independently of an automatic packaging line?
Yes. Its integrated conveyor and compact construction make it suitable for offline bottle sealing.
What electrical supply does the machine require?
The specified electrical supply is 230 V AC, single phase, 50 Hz with 1 kW power consumption.
Does the machine automatically verify seal integrity?
No automatic seal-inspection or rejection arrangement is specified. Seal performance should be checked through appropriate testing.
