Automatic Electric Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine
Automatic electric heat shrink tunnel for sleeve labels on round plastic bottles, featuring AISI 304 slat conveyor, pin heaters, dual blowers and speed up to 100 bottles per minute.

Machine Overview
The Automatic Electric Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine manufactured by Technogen Enterprise is designed for shrinking compatible sleeve labels around suitable round plastic bottles using heated air and forced convection. It is intended for manufacturers applying decorative or identification sleeves to bottles and requiring consistent film contraction around the container surface.
The specified machine works with suitable PVC, PP, PETG and OPS sleeve label films. The sleeve is placed onto the bottle manually before the bottle enters the tunnel. The machine then transports the sleeved bottle through a controlled hot-air environment that causes the film to shrink toward the bottle profile.
The tunnel uses an AISI 304 stainless steel slat conveyor to move containers through the heated zone. The conveyor speed is adjustable from the operating panel to help regulate the exposure time according to bottle size and sleeve characteristics.
The heating system incorporates two heaters associated with blowers on the conveyor and twelve heaters within the tunnel body, as specified. Two blower assemblies circulate heated air through the tunnel to distribute heat around the traveling container. Forced convection assists in reducing uneven shrinking caused by localized temperature differences.
The machine offers a specified capacity of up to 100 bottles per minute, dependent on bottle dimensions and film behavior. The temperature controller can be adjusted up to 250°C, while the correct actual shrink setting depends on the film, bottle material and required final appearance.
The technical specification lists round plastic bottles with diameters of 100–190 mm and heights of 110–250 mm. Its tunnel dimensions are 2500 × 400 × 450 mm, and the conveyor arrangement is specified as 3660 mm long, with a manually adjustable nominal working height of 970 mm.
The machine is a sleeve shrinking tunnel, not an automatic sleeve applicator. A separate sleeve placing operation is required upstream, and the sleeve and container must be suitable for the heat exposure used during processing.
Technogen Enterprise manufactures, supplies and exports electric heat shrink tunnel machinery from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, supporting bottle decoration and secondary packaging applications requiring forced-convection hot-air shrinking.
Applications
Operating Principle
The machine uses electric pin heaters, two circulating blowers and a controlled conveyor to shrink compatible sleeve film that has already been placed on the bottle.
Manual Sleeve Placement
The operator places the selected shrink sleeve over the round plastic bottle before feeding the bottle to the tunnel.
Bottle Conveying
The sleeved bottle is placed on the AISI 304 slat conveyor and carried toward the heated tunnel.
Electric Air Heating
The specified heater arrangements raise the air temperature inside the shrink tunnel.
Forced Convection
Two blower assemblies circulate heated air around the passing bottle and sleeve.
Film Shrinking
Under suitable temperature and exposure conditions, the sleeve contracts and conforms to the bottle surface.
Speed and Temperature Adjustment
The conveyor speed and tunnel temperature are adjusted to suit the bottle, label material and required shrink finish.
Bottle Discharge
The processed bottle leaves the tunnel and is collected or transferred toward the next packaging operation.
