Packaging Machinery Ancillary / Line Handling Systems
Turntable
Stainless steel rotary turntable for automatic feeding, transferring and temporary accumulation of bottles, jars and vials. Available with four disc sizes and adjustable rotation speed.

Machine Overview
The Turntable manufactured by Technogen Enterprise is a motorized rotary container handling system designed for feeding, receiving, transferring and temporarily accumulating compatible round bottles, jars and vials in industrial packaging lines. It provides an essential interface between filling, capping, labeling, inspection and other machinery where container movement must be coordinated.
The turntable operates through a motor-driven rotating disc fitted with an adjustable container-guiding arrangement. Containers are transferred between the rotating disc and an adjoining conveyor according to the selected infeed or outfeed configuration. The equipment can be incorporated into linear, L-shaped or U-shaped production layouts, depending on the associated conveyor system and plant space.
As an infeed turntable, the unit presents empty containers to the next packaging machine, reducing repeated individual manual feeding. As an outfeed collection turntable, it receives bottles from the preceding machine and holds them temporarily for removal or further handling. The rotating surface can also provide limited accumulation between processing stages, subject to container stability and available disc capacity.
Four disc sizes are specified: 24-inch, 30-inch, 36-inch and 48-inch diameters. The range enables equipment selection according to bottle dimensions, expected accumulation and the required production-line arrangement. Each configuration uses a specified worm gearbox or gear-motor drive and variable frequency drive speed adjustment.
The exposed construction uses AISI 304 stainless steel or aluminium, as applicable. A tool-less adjustable container guide channel facilitates changeovers for compatible round containers without complicated mechanical alterations. The equipment is described as a compact, modular and cGMP-oriented construction suitable for hygienic manufacturing areas.
Technogen Enterprise is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of packaging line turntables based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, serving pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetic and other industrial packaging facilities that require flexible container feeding and collection arrangements.
Applications
Operating Principle
The turntable uses a motor-driven rotating disc and adjustable guide channel to feed, redirect or collect containers between manual handling positions and the connected conveyor.
Container Loading or Receipt
Depending on the machine's placement, the operator loads empty containers onto the rotating disc or the unit receives processed containers from a connected conveyor.
Rotary Disc Movement
The motor and worm gearbox rotate the disc at the selected speed. The variable frequency drive enables adjustment according to container movement and the connected packaging machine.
Container Guiding
The adjustable guide channel directs round containers toward the conveyor transfer position or allows incoming containers to circulate within the collection area.
Infeed Transfer
When used before a packaging machine, the guide arrangement channels containers from the disc toward the appropriate infeed conveyor.
Outfeed Collection
When installed after a packaging machine, containers arrive on the disc and accumulate temporarily until they are removed or transferred onward.
Changeover and Layout Adjustment
The container-guiding arrangement is adjusted without tools for suitable bottle or jar sizes. The surrounding conveyors determine whether the line is arranged straight, L-shaped or U-shaped.
