Machine Overview

The Automatic Respules Filling and Ultrasonic Sealing Machine from Technogen Enterprise is designed for filling measured liquid doses into compatible plastic respules and closing them by ultrasonic sealing. The machine is relevant to pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging applications where a small, defined fill volume and a repeatable seal are required for single-use containers. Technogen Enterprise is an Ahmedabad-based manufacturer, supplier and exporter of respule filling and sealing machinery.

The technical information identifies two models: TGRFS-15, fitted with one peristaltic filling head, and TGRFS-50, fitted with five filling heads. Both are specified for 2–5 ml fill volumes, ±1% filling accuracy and LDPE/LLDPE respules. The listed production capacities are approximately 5–12 respules per minute and 45–50 respules per minute, respectively, with the product specification noting an operator-efficiency dependency. Ultrasonic sealing, PLC/HMI controls, clean dry compressed air and GMP-style stainless steel construction are included in the technical specification specifications.

Peristaltic pumping is useful where the metering flow path can be selected for the liquid and the disposable or cleanable tubing arrangement. The ultrasonic process closes the compatible plastic container using controlled acoustic energy and mechanical pressure. Buyers should provide a sample respule, material grade, neck geometry, liquid viscosity, dose accuracy needs and required hourly production. These details determine the appropriate filling head arrangement, handling system and sealing setup.

Operating Principle

The Respules Filling and Ultrasonic Sealing Machine combines liquid metering through a peristaltic pump with the closing of plastic respules by ultrasonic energy. The machine's sequence depends on the selected head count and container-handling arrangement, but the essential operations are container positioning, dose filling, sealing and discharge.

Respule Loading and Orientation

Compatible LDPE or LLDPE respules are presented to the filling positions using the arrangement specified for the selected model. Stable container presentation is necessary because the fill opening is small.

Peristaltic Dose Filling

The peristaltic pump delivers the set volume of liquid through its tubing path into the respule. The control system coordinates the metering cycle with container presence and the installed number of filling heads.

Transfer to Ultrasonic Sealing

Filled respules move to the sealing station, where the plastic neck or seal area is positioned between the relevant ultrasonic tooling.

Ultrasonic Closure

The sealing head applies ultrasonic energy and pressure to join the specified plastic surfaces. Operating settings must be qualified for the actual LDPE/LLDPE container geometry and material.

Discharge and Inspection

Sealed respules leave the machine for visual or integrity inspection and subsequent packing. The operator checks filling and seal quality according to the product's validated packaging procedure.

Process Selection Consideration

Sealing parameters must be developed for the actual respule polymer and neck geometry. Filling accuracy and seal quality are separate acceptance checks and should both be verified during product trials.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which respule sizes can the machine fill?
Both TGRFS-15 and TGRFS-50 are specified for a 2–5 ml filling range. Actual container and neck compatibility should be confirmed using samples or drawings.
What is the difference between the two models?
The TGRFS-15 has one filling head and a stated output of approximately 5–12 respules per minute; the TGRFS-50 has five heads and a stated output of approximately 45–50 respules per minute.
Which filling technology is used?
The supplied specification lists peristaltic pumps for both models. Tubing selection and product-contact suitability must be evaluated for the actual liquid.
How are the respules sealed?
The machine uses ultrasonic sealing of compatible LDPE or LLDPE container sections. Seal integrity depends on the respule design and the selected ultrasonic settings.
What utilities are required?
The technical specification lists 230 V AC, 50 Hz single-phase electrical supply and 6 bar clean dry compressed air for both models.
