Water Bottling Machine / Carbonated Beverage RFC Lines
Automatic Plastic Bottle RFC Isobaric Carbonated Beverage Filling Machine
PET bottle rinsing, isobaric filling and plastic screw-capping monoblock for carbonated drinks. Engineered by Technogen Enterprise, Ahmedabad, India.

Machine Overview
Technogen Enterprise manufactures the Automatic Plastic Bottle RFC Isobaric Carbonated Beverage Filling Machine for high-throughput rinsing, filling and screw capping of carbonated beverages in PET or other suitable plastic bottles. The monoblock integrates the process stages on a synchronized rotary platform, reducing separate bottle-transfer steps between rinsing, filling and closure application. It is intended for producers of soda, sparkling beverages, energy drinks and other compatible carbonated products.
The published plastic-bottle configuration handles 100–1000 ml containers with a specified capacity of 3,000–12,000 bottles per hour, depending on the turret configuration. The rinser prepares each container, after which an isobaric counter-pressure system with ULTRA mechanical two-step valves manages carbonated filling. The bottle then proceeds to a synchronized plastic screw capping station. This closure arrangement is specific to the PET/plastic version and should not be confused with the crown or ROPP options described for glass bottles.
Based in Ahmedabad, India, Technogen Enterprise is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of PET carbonated beverage filling machines. The product specificationed design includes SS 304 or SS 316L construction, PLC/HMI operation and machine guarding with interlocks. The buyer should provide bottle shape and dimensions, neck finish, closure drawings, line speed, CO₂ pressure requirements and product characteristics to determine compatible heads and change parts. Proper specification of the plastic container is important because its geometry and pressure resistance influence the filling application.
Applications
Operating Principle
The plastic-bottle RFC monoblock transfers PET containers through a sequence of rinsing, counter-pressure filling and plastic screw capping. Isobaric filling uses controlled pressure equalisation to reduce uncontrolled CO₂ release during liquid transfer, while the capping station secures the filled beverage bottle.
Bottle Entry and Rinsing
PET or other compatible plastic bottles enter the rinsing turret through the transfer system. Each container is guided into a rinsing position, cleaned and drained according to the specified rinsing arrangement.
Pressure Equalisation
The bottle reaches the filling turret and seals against the filling valve. CO₂ is used to establish the intended counter-pressure relationship before the beverage is admitted.
Isobaric Liquid Transfer
The ULTRA mechanical two-step filling valve controls the product flow into the pressurised plastic container. The process is designed to manage turbulence, filling level and carbonation behaviour.
Controlled Venting
After the desired filling condition is reached, gas pressure is released as required by the operating sequence before the bottle leaves the filler.
Plastic Screw Capping and Exit
The bottle transfers to the capper, where a compatible plastic screw cap is applied. The capped container is then discharged for downstream labelling, inspection or packing.
Process Selection Consideration
Plastic container geometry and pressure resistance require particular attention during counter-pressure filling. The bottle, neck and cap specification should therefore be confirmed together before change parts are designed.
