Packaging Conveyor
Stainless steel carton packing conveyor with central PVC belt, operator working surfaces, adjustable conveyor height and speed control. Available in 8-, 10- and 12-foot lengths.

Machine Overview
The Packaging Conveyor manufactured by Technogen Enterprise is a conveyor-assisted secondary packaging workstation designed to receive products from upstream packaging machines and present them to operators for manual carton packing, checking or transfer. It is suitable for integration after suitable labeling, inspection, blister packing, strip packing and other packaging processes.
The standard arrangement uses a centrally positioned endless PVC conveyor belt within a broad stainless steel working table. The described tabletop provides an approximately 33-inch overall working width, giving operators space on either side of the moving belt to handle containers and products before placing them into cartons.
The equipment is available with standard lengths of 8 feet, 10 feet and 12 feet. The technical specification provides belt width options of 9 inches or 12 inches, as required, with a 2 mm thick, two-ply endless PVC sandwich belt. Belt tracking and alignment are designed to support consistent operation.
The conveyor is constructed using an AISI 304 stainless steel tabletop and structural framework. An induction motor with reduction gearbox drives the belt, and a variable frequency drive permits adjustment of conveyor speed to suit the packaging operation. The drive mechanism is enclosed in a cabinet to keep the main working area organized.
A working-height adjustment range of 860–910 mm is specified, allowing the conveyor to align with adjacent equipment and suitable operator handling arrangements. Self-aligning bearings provide practical support for conveyor drive maintenance.
Options include castor wheels for moving the conveyor, an adjustable entry angle for strip or blister packaging applications, and replacement of the PVC belt with an AISI 304 stainless steel or Delrin slat chain arrangement according to the required product handling conditions.
Technogen Enterprise manufactures, supplies and exports packaging conveyors from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, supplying modular conveyor workstations for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and other industries requiring organized secondary packing.
Applications
Operating Principle
The packaging conveyor uses an electric motor-driven belt in the center of a stainless steel working table to present incoming products for manual secondary packing.
Product Infeed
Bottles, packages or other suitable products arrive from the upstream packaging machine onto the center conveyor belt.
Belt Drive
The motor and reduction gearbox drive the endless belt. The variable frequency drive adjusts belt speed to suit the incoming production rate.
Product Presentation
Products move through the central conveying area while the stainless steel working surfaces remain accessible to operators.
Manual Packing
Operators remove the products as required and manually place them into cartons or perform the designated secondary packaging activity.
Downstream Transfer
Products not removed at an earlier position continue toward the next available packing position or the conveyor discharge.
Setup and Maintenance
The conveyor working height and belt tracking are adjusted as needed. Selected belt or slat-chain configurations are specified according to the product handling requirement.
