Manual Vial And Bottle Inspection Conveyor
Modular manual vial and bottle inspection conveyor with illuminated black-and-white viewing boards, three conveyor partitions and seating options for two to ten inspection operators.

Machine Overview
The Manual Vial And Bottle Inspection Conveyor manufactured by Technogen Enterprise is designed to support human visual inspection of filled pharmaceutical vials and bottles as they pass through a dedicated inspection work area. It provides a structured arrangement for examining visible container and product conditions before further downstream packaging operations.
The machine incorporates an illuminated black-and-white inspection background, providing contrasting viewing surfaces that assist trained inspectors in observing visible particles, suspended contamination and other apparent product defects. The actual effectiveness of the inspection process depends on the product, lighting conditions, operator qualification and applicable inspection procedures.
The conveyor arrangement is divided into three partitions. The main central conveyor receives filled vials and bottles from the upstream machine and presents them to the inspection area. The two side conveyors are designed to transport checked containers toward downstream processing after the required inspection and handling decisions.
The machine is offered in five operator-seating configurations, accommodating 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 operators. This flexibility allows the inspection station length to be selected according to the number of inspectors, plant layout and required manual inspection capacity.
Machine construction uses stainless steel in a compact, modular design. The conveyor arrangements are described as accommodating different vial and bottle sizes without dedicated format change parts, reducing mechanical changeover requirements for compatible containers.
The equipment is intended for continuous visual inspection tasks where the inspection itself remains manual, rather than being performed by an automatic vision camera or electronic particle-detection system. Operator inspection procedures, seating ergonomics and lighting arrangements should be established as part of the site-specific quality control process.
The five configurations have different overall machine lengths, while the specified machine width and height remain 765 mm and 1530 mm, respectively. Main-drive power is stated between 0.5 HP and 1 HP, depending on the operator-seating configuration.
Technogen Enterprise manufactures, supplies and exports manual vial and bottle inspection conveyors from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for pharmaceutical and injectable packaging operations requiring organized inspection stations and controlled container flow.
Applications
Operating Principle
The conveyor operates as an operator-assisted visual inspection station, combining central container infeed, illuminated viewing backgrounds and two side conveyors for further movement of inspected products.
Container Infeed
Filled vials or bottles arrive from an upstream packaging operation onto the central inspection conveyor.
Transfer to Inspection Area
The middle conveyor presents the containers to the positions where trained operators carry out visual examination.
Illuminated Inspection
The operator examines the container and its contents against the suitable illuminated black-and-white viewing background.
Inspection Assessment
The inspector uses the applicable visual inspection procedure to assess the visible appearance of the container and product.
Container Handling After Inspection
Checked vials or bottles are transferred to the appropriate side conveyor arrangement according to the plant's material handling procedure.
Downstream Transfer
The side conveyor arrangements transport processed containers toward the next machine or designated handling position.
Operator and Format Configuration
The selected machine configuration provides seating for the specified number of operators. Compatible vial and bottle formats are handled without dedicated size change parts.
