Automatic Mineral Water 20 Liter Jar Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
Integrated 20-litre water jar washing, filling and capping machine with three-stage washing, automatic cap feeding and processing, and manual jar loading and unloading.

Machine Overview
The Automatic Mineral Water 20 Liter Jar Rinsing Filling Capping Machine manufactured by Technogen Enterprise is designed for integrated washing, filling and capping of reusable or compatible 20-litre water jars. The machine combines these processing operations within a compact monoblock arrangement suited to packaged drinking water and mineral water jar bottling facilities.
The specified machine provides a nominal output of 120 jars per hour for 20-litre containers. Although the washing, filling and capping processes are mechanized, the equipment uses manual jar loading and unloading. This distinction makes it a practical option for facilities requiring integrated jar processing without fully automatic infeed and discharge handling.
The washing section incorporates a three-stage washing arrangement, described as normal recycled-water washing, chlorine washing and pure-water washing. The exact washing sequence, water quality requirements, sanitizing conditions and final rinse specifications must be established according to the intended hygienic process.
After washing, the jar enters the filling station for dispensing the specified 20 litres of water. The machine includes No Jar–No Rinse, No Jar–No Fill and No Jar–No Cap logic to coordinate station operation with jar availability and reduce unnecessary process consumption.
The capping arrangement incorporates automatic cap feeding through a vibratory bowl and chute, followed by cap application through the dedicated capping unit. A specially designed stainless steel slant conveyor arrangement helps prevent jars from sticking during transport.
The machine body is specified in PVC-coated AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel product-contact components. Its compact layout incorporates the three functional stations while retaining manual access for jar handling.
Technogen Enterprise manufactures, supplies and exports water jar rinsing, filling and capping machinery from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, serving mineral water bottling plants and packaged drinking water businesses.
Applications
Operating Principle
The machine combines three-stage jar washing, 20-litre water filling and automatic cap feeding/application within a monoblock. Jar loading and unloading remain manual.
Manual Jar Loading
The operator positions an empty 20-litre jar onto the machine's processing arrangement.
Three-Stage Washing
The jar passes through the specified washing operations involving recycled water, chlorine wash and pure water wash. The actual sequence and validated rinse parameters must be confirmed for the hygienic application.
Jar Presence Monitoring
No Jar–No Rinse and No Jar–No Fill arrangements prevent those operations when a required jar is absent.
Water Filling
The washed jar is transferred to the filling station, where the machine dispenses the selected 20-litre quantity.
Cap Feeding
Caps are stored in a vibratory feeder bowl and transferred through the cap chute toward the capping station.
Automatic Capping
The capping head applies the required cap when the jar is present, with No Jar–No Cap logic inhibiting unnecessary capping operation.
Jar Discharge
The finished jar is transferred to the unloading area and removed manually by the operator.
