Machine Overview
The Semi Automatic ROPP Capping Machine manufactured by Technogen Enterprise is designed for small-batch sealing of compatible glass, PET and plastic bottles using aluminium Roll-On Pilfer-Proof closures. The equipment provides a compact capping solution for manufacturers that require repeatable mechanical ROPP sealing while retaining operator-assisted bottle handling.
The machine is equipped with a single motorized ROPP sealing head driven through a worm gearbox and gear motor arrangement. During the capping operation, the sealing mechanism mechanically forms the aluminium closure against the compatible bottle-neck finish, creating the cap thread and pilfer-proof band.
With a stated production capacity of up to 20 bottles per minute, the machine is suited to low-volume packaging operations. Actual output depends on the bottle configuration, closure dimensions and operator efficiency.

Operating Principle
Bottle and Closure Preparation
The operator prepares a compatible filled bottle and the required aluminium ROPP closure for the sealing operation.
Bottle Positioning
The bottle is placed at the capping position, and the adjustable height gauge is set to align the bottle finish with the sealing head.
Motorized Head Operation
The motorized ROPP sealing head operates through the worm gearbox and gear motor mechanism.
ROPP Sealing
The sealing head forms the aluminium closure around the bottle finish, creating the required cap thread and pilfer-proof band.
Sealing Completion
The completed bottle is removed by the operator, and the next bottle is positioned for sealing.
