Industry Overview
Technogen Enterprise is an Ahmedabad-based manufacturer, supplier and exporter of pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery. We support manufacturers evaluating dedicated equipment and coordinated lines for oral liquids, tablets, capsules, powders, vials, ampoules and respules. Machine selection is based on the dosage form, container and closure specification, required throughput, product-contact material and the level of automation.
For sterile-container operations, our machinery range includes vial washing, ampoule washing, ampoule filling and sealing, respules filling and ultrasonic sealing, and vial cap sealing equipment. The suitability of each model for an aseptic process must be assessed against the customer's environmental controls, cleaning approach and validation requirements; the equipment alone does not establish sterility.
For oral solid-dose and liquid applications, the portfolio also covers automatic tablet counting and filling machines, auger powder fillers, bottle liquid filling machines, screw capping, labeling and inspection conveyors. These systems can be evaluated individually or as parts of a coordinated packaging sequence.
Line planning starts with product characteristics and primary packaging. We consider dosing accuracy, container stability, changeover requirements, product-contact construction, operator access, inspection needs and the interaction between upstream and downstream machines. Relevant equipment may be arranged for vial, ampoule, bottle and tablet-counting operations, depending on the customer's approved manufacturing process.
